The Canadian Urban 7 Fund (“CU7”) is an Open-Ended Pooled LP, designed for investors seeking the stability of income-producing commercial real estate. CU7 is a fully seeded Fund that includes a diversified portfolio of Core and Core Plus properties. Currently appraised at $375M with assets located from Vancouver to Halifax, the portfolio has generated 14.8% IRR including 4.6% cash yield since 2011.
